This was a great stay, moderate prices. The hotel was recently renovated and pretty, my room was bright. The location was great and perfect for Dunkirk, not far from the seaside, the harbor and restaurants and the garden. I had lunch in Friterie du Beffroi, located nearby. The staff was amiable and accommodating with advice and suggestions

The building itself was fine, with a charming, stylish French atmosphere. The room was handsomely decorated, and I loved the high ceilings and antique look. Plus, the kitchen was well equipped, perfect for me as I was looking for an inexpensive room with a kitchen. The location was also great, just a short 10-minute walk from the beach and close to a local food store. The owner of the guest house was helpful and laid-back, making me feel welcome and at ease throughout my stay.

Plus, there was a nearby green space to take the dog for a walk. Highly recommended!
